Succulents Workshops Set for Feb. 12, March 19

Succulents fans: Check out these two succulent crafts workshops put on by the Windsor Garden Club:

Sunday Workshop Feb. 12: Succulent Magnets, noon-3 p.m., Town Green Community Garden greenhouse. Join WGC's Succulents Group for a hands-on workshop with materials provided and learn to make decorative mini-succulent planter magnets. Sunday March 19, Succulent Basics Workshop, 1-3 pm in the Town Green Community Garden. Join WGC's Succulents Group for the Second Annual Succulents Basics Workshop. Learn the fundamentals for selecting, placing, planting and caring for succulents. Get details on hardy outdoor types which thrive in and around Windsor, as well as pickier types which need more care and coverage in winter. Bring snips of your favorite succulents to exchange, if you've got 'em.
